As the hike continues to climb upwards, Dream Lake overlook is a great place to take a picture and relax for a bit. This steep cliff is directly over the trails and lakes hiked my first day here. I'll carefully lean over the edge just a bit to get a picture of the lake far below...

Looking in the other direction, you can see down to other lakes and forests where I hiked earlier in the trip. The views here are stunning, but I don't stop for long since there's still lots of hiking left to do.
