 Tonight, we're staying at the Inkaterra Machu Picchu Hotel -- which looks like a lush banana plantation, and has extensive gardens and grounds to explore in the late afternoon before dinner. The comfortable room has a private fireplace, and plenty of bottled water (you can't drink the tap water anywhere in Peru). Tomorrow we return to Machu Picchu for a hike up the mountain.
