  Our long motor boat is operated by a captain, and typically 1 or 2 other staff members from the lodge that act as 'spotters' -- helping us see animals along the shoreline as we speed by. These animals are sometimes well camouflaged, like this large caiman, and we would easily miss them without the sharp eyes of our spotters. See him? Click photo if you need help.
